      Using boost...

      1. Go to a course main page
      2. Click on the actions menu and select "More..."
      3. Follow "Add a new badge" link
      4. Fill the badge details and create the badge
      5. Add an "Activity completion" criteria
      6. Verify that it does not look completely broken

      Found while testing MDLQA-12122

      In boost, the badge criteria page for activity completion is misaligned.  The date objects are significantly oversized.
