No progress icon for course in overview block is not centred

      1. Purge the theme caches
      2. Log in as admin
      3. Create a course and enrol a user in it
      4. Log in as the user
      5. View the dashboard
      6. Click the "Courses" tab
      7. View the course card (it may be under the "future" section)
      8. CONFIRM that the icon (graduation cap) looks centred in the circle (see the attach before and after photos).

    Description

      When viewing a course card in the overview block for a course which has no progress the default icon (graduation cap) isn't centred.

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a course and enrol a user in it
      3. Log in as the user
      4. View the dashboard
      5. Click the "Courses" tab
      6. View the course card (it may be under the "future" section)
      7. See icon not centred
