Log in as admin

Go to "Site administration" on the sidebar

Go to courses

Ensure that there is a link "Add a course"

Click the link and ensure the form to create a new course works as expectedly

Fill the form and create the course

Make sure you can access the course and repeat the same action over again

Description

As we have an "Add a category" link at this point, it would also be useful to have a "Add a course" that would go directly to the course creation form where the user is able to select the category. This way we avoid some clicks to create the course.
