Setup Login as admin. Go to "Site administration | Privacy and policies | Policy settings". Set "Policies (tool_policy)" as Site policy hander. Go to "Site administration | Privacy and policies | Privacy settings". Enable 'Contact the privacy officer'. Create 2 policies and set them as active. Create a Student and a PO ( https://docs.moodle.org/35/en/Privacy_officer_role ) Testing scenario Login as Student. Read all the policies (2), click the next button and accept them. CHECK that after accepting the policies, you're redirected to main site page. Access to your profile and click over "Policies and agreements". make sure that the following text appears: "For any questions about the policies please contact the privacy officer." make sure you can see a "Contact the privacy officer" link . Click on the "Contact the privacy officer" link. make sure you can see a PO contact form displayed in a popup. Fill up and send the PO contact form. Login in as PO. Go to Site administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Data requests.  make sure you can see the Student's message.
