Validate subsystem in link_subsystem

I noticed that blog privacy provider calls

$collection->link_subsystem('core_comments', 'privacy:metadata:core_comments');

where the correct name of the component is 'core_comment'.

We need to fix it, look for other mistakes, add validation and/or unittests
