Log in as a teacher and create an assignment.

Save changes and view the assignment.

Click the gear icon settings menu.

There should be no icons visible in the dropdown menu

Now create a new quiz

Enter a name and click "Save and display"

Now click the top right gear icon

In the dropdown menu you should see some navigation items without icons and some with

In this dropdown menu scroll down the the navigation item "Results"

The next few icons should be indented and line up with Results
