Test in Boost. Log in as Admin. Go to Site administration > Users > Privacy and policies > Privacy settings. Enable 'Digital age of consent verification' and save changes. Logout as Admin. Go to 'Log in' page and click on 'Create new account' button. You should be directed to the 'Age and location verification' page: make sure the 'Age and location verification' page is displayed nicely. Set 'In which country do you live?' = Austria (AT) (or any other country that is present in the 'Age of digital consent' map as an exception). Set 'What is your age?' = 1 (or any age that is below the age defined in 'Age of digital consent' for that particular country). Click on 'Proceed'. You should be directed to a page where it says the user is a digital minor: make sure the page is displayed nicely.
