Go to the "data registry" (you can search for it in site admin)

Select "Purposes" from "Edit" drop down

Purposes table SHOULD look ok

Add "Sensitive personal data processing reasons" to a purpose and save changes

Return to the purpose edit form, remove the "Sensitive personal data processing reasons" you added before and save changes

The "Sensitive personal data processing reasons" you previously added SHOULD NOT be there anymore
