User cannot cancel the data request made for them

      1. Login as an admin.
      2. Make sure to turn on the contactdataprotectionofficer setting.
      3. Create a new data request for another user s1.
      4. Run cron to process pending data requests.
      5. Log in as s1.
      6. Go to your user profile and open your data requests page.
      7. Open the actions menu of the data request made for you by the admin.
      8. Cancel the request
        • Confirm that you can cancel the data request.

      Description
