Testing Instructions:
- Test in Boost and Clean.
- As admin, in Site administration → Development → Debugging, enable "Show origin of languages strings".
- Go to a course.
- Go to Edit settings
- Add &strings=1 to the URL, re-request the page.
- Click on the
question mark icon next to course full name. - Confirm the {fullcoursename_help/moodle} information is in the opening overlay window.
