Set your apache PHP error_log to whatever location you like and monitor it (e.g. tail -f)

Open the browser inspector and verify that caches are disabled (we are testing JS lang strings)

Go to a course participants page

Select a couple of students and select "Add a new note" from the "Choose..." dropdown menu below the users list

You SHOULD NOT have any debugging message in your error log.

There is a reference to a core_note lang string. It should be core_notes.
