Debugging: Invalid get_string() identifier: 'note' or component 'core_note

      1. Set your apache PHP error_log to whatever location you like and monitor it (e.g. tail -f)
      2. Open the browser inspector and verify that caches are disabled (we are testing JS lang strings)
      3. Go to a course participants page
      4. Select a couple of students and select "Add a new note" from the "Choose..." dropdown menu below the users list
      5. You SHOULD NOT have any debugging message in your error log.

    Description

      There is a reference to a core_note lang string. It should be core_notes.
