Fix Boost privacy provider

This requires the ability to run a script from the command line. Log in as a student. Open and close the navigation drawer a few times. Run the attached file from the command line. It looks like a command such as php testfinal.php --username= {put the student user name here } might work. Open up the linked file. Go to the "User preferences" directory and view the theme_boost.json file. Expected outcome: The user's preference should be exported.
