Support for native ES6

    • Native ES6 support

      An epic to collect together the required parts to support ES6 in Moodle.

      ES6 is now natively all mainline browsers, including Edge.
      It is not supported by IE11.

      Our browser support matrix still includes IE11 which is still included with Windows 10, therefore we will need to support transpilation to ES5 compatible JS.

      We also need to consider how we will fit this into AMD modules.
