Add multi language support.

International organizations or corporate often needs user information in multiple languages. GDPRS asks them to offer policy texts in easy understandable way. That includes policies in the mother language of the user

There also may be different DPO or local authorities in thecountries that should be included in the policy text.

Idea:

• Multi lang support is a seperate option that can be enabled
• For each part of the  policy a multilang option offers additonal languagetext fields by selecting: additional language (pull down with languages based on the active languages in interface), new summary field, new text field, new status field.
• In reports at´the choosen language is visible
