Upgrade Moodle 3.5: Error reseting user dashboard in PostgreSQL very large sites

    Description

      We are testing the Moodle upgrade to 3.5 in large site (more than 170.000 user)  and instalation return the follow error:

      Debug info: number of parameters must be between 0 and 65535
      DELETE FROM mdl_user_preferences WHERE name IN

      Our environment are:

      • Linux RedHat 7
      • PHP 7.1
      • Apache 2.4
      • Postgres 9.6

      This issue likes related with MDL-53425: When reset all user dashboard in a large site.
