We need to consider how we could handle rolling deletion.

This includes:

• content such as messages; and
• courses with no end date.

We may also want to look at courses which have not had any 'activity' for a long period but have no end date (possibly using logs?).
Possibly list all content by course start date?
Logs can be an indication but not a decision.
