Forum "Started by" column wraps badly

      1. Install patch and purge theme caches
      2. Add a forum to a course and enrol some test users without profile pictures.
      3. Login as a test user and add a forum post to the new forum.
      4. Login as another test user.
      5. Add a profile picture.
      6. Add a forum post to the new forum.
      7. Now resize your browser to a small width < 500px
      8. Check if the username does not align right to the user picture and wrap underneath it.

      Description

      Would be nice to improve the way that we dispaly the Started by column when on smaller displays.
      At the moment it wraps badly.
