CLOZE questions have extra newline since upgrading to 3.5.

      Note: Test on Boost and Clean

      1. Create a quiz activity in a course.
      2. Edit the quiz and add an "Embedded answers (Cloze)" question.
      3. Enter a question name and on the question text field, copy and paste the sample Cloze question from this issue's description
      4. Save the question
      5. Preview the Cloze question.
      6. Confirm that the text input fields in the question are rendered inline.

      Description

      A cloze question in Moodle previously in paragraph format is now displaying with newlines for each of the cloze boxes in the question. It makes the formatting look strange.
