GDPR data export: length of file and folder name problem

    Description

      In some cases the title of the folder or the file that is created creates conflicts. The length of the text are much to long

      We found this problems:

      • Windows can't open the zip-file (7-zip can oben)
      • Its not possible to delete the files and folders in Windows after extracting the zip files

      The titles includes the complete name of an element

      Idea: Limit the number of signs in the element title to max 20 signs

      Tested with Win 7
