      Description

      Have a feature in moodle so that moodle users can dump site config variables (possibly in XML format), and import them. This will be helpful to developers for reproducing bugs, as many bugs can only be produced under certain site settings.

          This seems to be practically equivalent to the GSOC project about XML exporting/importing settings, isn't it?
