Courses in My home have a change in background colour on hover

      To test both with clean and boost:

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to the homepage
      3. Click the settings cog and select "Edit settings" from the dropdown menu
      4. Select all display types for "Front page items when logged in"
      5. Save changes
      6. Navigate back to the homepage
      7. Hover over the courses displayed and verify the background colors of the containers with course links do not change on mouse hover.

      Hovering over a course on my home changes the background colour of a large rectangle surrounding the course link. It looks like it is possible to click to visit the course, but clicking does nothing. This is a misdirection for the user and is confusing.
