Provide a link allowing administrator to check missing (or outdating) translations for all plugins installed on the Moodle installation in a simple way.

Why : when you have several plugins installed, and some are updated, they can provide new strings. And you have no idea of that, if you don't make a carefull check. So this can result having an incomplete (or badly) translated installation. Checking each individual plugin (at each update) is a pain. Selecting all installed plugins in AMOS is also a pain.

If admin can access AMOS, with all used plugins already checked, for his Moodle version, and his language, he can check really quickly if they are missing sentences. That would be very helpful.

AMOS already handles this possibility (see permalink). Moodle just need to be able to create the ad-hoc link, including the list of all (non standard) installed plugins, separated by ",".
