Choice: hitting a limit when multiple options are involved should at least save what is possible

Currently, if a user is answering a choice with multiple options supported, and one single option they've chosen has exceeded it's limits (due to another user using up the last slot seconds before the current user submitting), then the current user loses ALL choices selected in their response and must make all of them again. I think we can find a middle ground where we save what we can, and warn the user that not all of the choice options they selected could be saved. It seems unfair for them to lose options which they selected - options which may in a few short second become unavailable to them (limit reached).
