    Description

If "Download Submissions in Folders" is checked, all assignments are downloaded into individual folders for each student. This happens even if all students turn in only one file per assignment. The help text states "If the assignment submission is more than a single file, then submissions may be downloaded in folders." This implies folders will only be created if there is more than one file turned in per student.

Ideally, student folders would only be created for students who submit more than one file per assignment. Otherwise all assignments are downloaded into a single folder.
