      Description

The icons to indicate 'required' for the radio buttons are badly aligned in the wiki 'first page' UI.

      To reproduce:

      1. Test in Boost
      2. Create a course.
      3. Insert a wiki, "First page name": "Whatever", push the "Save and display" button.
      4. Notice that in the next page the Format exclamation mark circle icons are wrongly aligned.
