When users are viewing their notification preferences in a non english language the available space is restricted to only contain either on or off. This causes issues with non english languages as the available space is restricted and causes bleeding of the text outside the allotted space.

We have tested this with other themes including the core themes with the same result and therefore have concluded this is a core issue.

 Tested on snap, boost as well as clean themes and the restricted space is causing this issue in the following languages

Finnish, French, Polish.
