Strip or format HTML tags in RSS feed titles in Remote RSS block

      It turns out Google Alerts RSS feeds are a good example

      1. Test either in Boost or Clean theme.
      2. Create a Google alert (https://www.google.com/alerts), wait for the E-Mail to arrive.
      3. In the E-Mail, copy the RSS feed Link.
      4. In your course, as a teacher, turn editing on.
      5. Add a block: Remote RSS Feed.
      6. Cog → Configure Remote RSS Feed block.
      7. Add/edit feed.
      8. Add a new feed, paste the copied URL, click "Add a new feed".
      9. In Block Settings, highlight the feeds title in the text field beneath "Choose the feeds which you would like to make available in this block:", Save changes.
      10. Cross check the RSS items do not have any <b> </b> tags.

    Description

      RSS feed titles that have HTML are just rendering the HTML as text. This content should either be stripped out or formatted so it is rendered as HTML and the tags are not visible as text.
