Testing Instructions:

Log in as admin and go to a course.

Create an assignment, setting the Allow submissions from and Due date fields to few days in the past.

Install Deutsch (de) language pack (any other than English).

Set the language in the top.

Go to Calendar and click the event created by the assignment module.

Make sure the link title is translated to the language you choose

Please note, the title of the modal header is not translated because it is not a string, it's a generic text generated by the API

Make sure the rest of moodle is translated
