      Description

Currently, if you provide Javascript to the Moodle app for your plugin, you either provide a raw string of code, or stick a file in an unspecified place and use file_get_contents() to return it to the app.
It would be nice if we

      1. Had a specified place to put Javascript files for the mobile app (like we have amd and yui directories)
      2. Could run Grunt to get a linted and minified version of these files
      3. Had a function like PAGE->requires->amd_module() that returned the contents of the minified or non-minified file as appropriate.
