      1. Create a Moodle assignment in a course with atleast 1 student,
      2. Add a submission under this student (pdf and/or word file) and save submission,
      3. Grade submission. Note the pdf and Word file render correctly and show multiple pages.
      4. Now add a video file to the students submission (mp4 or flv.... these are the file types tested with),
      5. Grade submission. Note none of the files are rendering and there is now only 1 page.

When an assignment has a media file (such as: mp3, mp4, flv, etc) along with other files such as pdf, word, etc, the word and/or pdf files are not rendering in the annotation page. Works fine if there are no media files in submission.
