Workshop rubric display issue in grid view

      Manual Testing:

      Note that all the steps with the text "Only once" only need to be done the 1st time (with one browser). Everything else needs to be done with every browser.

      The 38_STABLE and 39_STABLE branches require Internet Explorer testing. 310_STABLE and master do not (as far as Explorer isn't supported in those branches).

      All the branches. apart from the Explorer exception above, require testing in all the remaining actual browsers.

      1. Only once: As a teacher, navigate to the a course and add a Workshop activity with "Grading Strategy" = Rubric. Press "Save and display".
      2. Select "Edit assessment form", then:
        1. Only once: Fill out the (3) criteria and levels with short and long text.
        2. Only once: Under Configuration, choose Grid.
        3. Save and Preview.
        4. Confirm that all text is displayed, wraps, and fits on the page neatly.
      3. Press "Back to editing form"
      4. Press "Save and close"
      5. You now are in the main workshop (setup phase in green) page.
      6. Confirm that "Edit assessment form" is ticked .
      7. Click on "Switch to the submission phase".
      8. Only once: In another browser (or incognito window). Login as another user, enrolled to the course.
      9. Only once: Go to the workshop and "Submit your work", then click on the "Add submission" button and enter any title and text - no need to attach anything.
      10. Only once: Save changes
      11. Back to the teacher browser, go to the workshop main page and "Switch to the assessment phase"
      12. Down in the page, in the "Workshop grades report" section, you must see 1 submission. Click on its title.
      13. Click "Asses" button.
      14. Confirm that you see the Rubric (criteria and levels nicely formatted).
      15. Fill the Rubric with some random checkboxes and feedback, then press "Save and close"
      16. Go to the workshop main page and "Close workshop"
      17. You will see, in the "Workshop grades report" section, the student submissions, with some "Grades given" that is a number with a link. Click on it.
      18. Confirm that you see the Rubric, correctly formatted, with the checkboxes and feedback text that was introduced some steps above.
