Setup: Moodle site using boost theme.

Test:

Login as admin

Go to site home

Click the cog button to open the menu next to the site name header

Click but don't release the mouse on one of the entries in the menu

Verify the menu entry shows as a blue background and white text.

I've seen two situations where clicking on an element changes the style to black font color with blue background color. See attached screens for
