Usability improvements for statistics report

As suggested by Tim on his review we should improve the statistics report usability:

1. Hide the Minimum/Medium/Maximum facility rows
2. Treat variants in exactly the same way as we treat sub-questions (hide them on the front page, and just have a View analysis of these questions' link row
3. There should be more visual difference between main report rows, and the 'View analysis of these questions' link row.
4. The "Intended Weight" column writes them as "100%" while the other columns have it as "100 %", with a space. That space is the source of all the wrapping
