      Description

      Hi Moodlers!

We have an issue with the course participant list view in Moodle 3.5.

If I duplicate the "teacher" role into a new role called "Assistant".

In a given course I give this new role to certain users registered in the course, here Emma.

As an admin or teacher all is well, I can see everyone's role in the course participant list page properly and Emma is listed as an "Assistant". (see screenshot : "Admin view.png")

Now if I log in as the student (here Hanna) in the course and I look at the course participant list page, I see Emma listed with the role : "no roles". (see screenshot : "Student view.png")

When the role was created I specifically ticked all the roles to be able to see the new role (admin/roles/allow.php?mode=view)

So the roles : Manager, course creator, teacher, non-editing teacher and student are allowed to see the new role "assistant".

I tried many different settings but nothing works.
