Assignment Grading, Annotation with an iPad

    Description

      With version 3.4, faculty are unable to annotate on a PDF within the Assignment Grader using an iPad. The PDF moves around like the user is trying to move instead of write on the PDF. All the tools move the PDF. The annotation tools are not usable on an iPad. 

      I can not find any work around for annotating on an iPad. Any ideas????
