      Enabled VideoJS filter

      1. Navigate to Site administration > Plugins > Media players > Manage media players
      2. Ensure VideoJS player is the only enabled player
      3. Press Settings next to VideoJS player
      4. Tick YouTube videos and press Save changes

      Embed Youtube video with timestamp

      1. Navigate to course
      2. Create label resource
      3. Enter following HTML in the Label text field

        <a href="https://youtu.be/wlrFHJS8aZY?t=2m58s">Hello</a>
        

      4. Confirm video starts at 2 minutes 58 seconds when embedded in VideoJS player

      If you add a link to Youtube video using a timecode shortcut ... 

      e.g. https://youtu.be/wlrFHJS8aZY?t=145

      player starts video at beginning, reloading page restarts video where player last left off, neither respects the start time in the URL

      ( just tried this on https://demo.moodle.net and it's not even auto embedding the link! is that broken?)
