CLI script to uninstall plugins

      • Run php admin/cli/uninstall_plugins.php and read instructions.
      • Test each option in the instructions and make sure it works as expected
      • Try removing auth_none or mod_forum with:
        • php admin/cli/uninstall_plugins.php --plugins=auth_none
        • php admin/cli/uninstall_plugins.php --plugins=mod_forum
      • Verify that you get a message saying "Can not be uninstalled:" followed by the plugin details.

    Description

      Currently there is no way to uninstall plugins via CLI. 

      The script would have a several options

      • show all missing from disk plugins
      • uninstall a particular plugin
      • uninstall all missing from disk plugins
