- Go to Site administration → Development → XMLDB editor (admin/tool/xmldb).
- Click [Load] for the "admin/tool/log/store/standard/db" row. The [Edit].
- Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled.
- Click [Edit] for the "logstore_standard_log" row.
- Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled.
- In the Fields section, click [Edit] for any of the fields.
- Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled.
- Click [back]
- In the Keys section, click [Edit] for any of the keys.
- Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled.
- Click [back]
- In the Indexes section, click [Edit] for any of the indexes.
- Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled.
- Click [back]

The textarea and input button form elements do not have the needed classes to display like in other forms.
To reproduce
- Go to Site administration → Development → XMLDB editor (admin/tool/xmldb).
- Click [Load] for a table.
- Click [Edit] for that table.
- See that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are not styled.
