In admin/tool/xmldb add the classes to the form elements

Go to Site administration → Development → XMLDB editor (admin/tool/xmldb). Click [Load] for the "admin/tool/log/store/standard/db" row. The [Edit] . Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled. Click [Edit] for the "logstore_standard_log" row. Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled. In the Fields section, click [Edit] for any of the fields. Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled. Click [back] In the Keys section, click [Edit] for any of the keys. Verify that the Comment textarea field and the Change button are styled. Click [back] In the Indexes section, click [Edit] for any of the indexes.
