New course overview block image sizes in summary view

      Test using both boost and clean themes.

      1. Enrol a user in several courses, the courses having each of them a different size (and portrait/landscape mode) pictures uploaded in 'Course summary files'
      2. Go to the dashboard.
      3. Switch to summary view.
      4. Confirm the course image cards are all the same size.
