Embedded audio player in description changes when moving, duplicating, show/hidden

      1. Create a course.
      2. Turn editing on.
      3. Add a Label (or assignment/quiz).
      4. In the contents/description, insert an audio file (mp3).
      5. Click save and return to the course page. You will see the control is rendered correctly.
      6. Click Edit > show/hide for that activity that you have added. It will change its size/rendering.
      7. Refresh the page. It will go back to its correct size.
      8. Click Edit > Move right for that activity. It will changes its size/rendering again.
      9. Refresh the page to have it returned to its original size.

      This occurs for Duplicate, Move, and Show/Hide functions.

      Description

      When an audio is inserted to an activities description, it is rendered correctly during loading of the course page. However, when editing is turned on and the following actions are performed:

      1. Move
      2. Duplicate
      3. Show/Hidden

      The page rendering the audio player control changes and is resized.

      Tested using 3.6dev+ (Build: 20181019)
