Starred courses block contains an unnecessary vertical scrollbar

      Please test this on both theme clean and boost using Internet explorer or Edge at a screen size of approximately 1000px wide

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create 5 courses
      3. Enrol yourself in all 5 courses
      4. Navigate to your dashboard
      5. In the Myoverview block star all 5 courses
      6. Verify you see a horizontal scrollbar for the 5 starred courses
      7. Verify you do not see a vertical scrollbar

      Description

      As found when testing MDL-63064, a vertical scrollbar is displayed in the the starred courses block in both Boost and Clean when using both Chrome and Firefox.
