Calendar event isn't displayed when using Clean theme

      1. Using Clean theme, log in as a user and go to the calendar. You may have to add the calendar block.
      2. Click on the day or the month link in the calendar block.
      3. Click the "New event" button and create an event.
      4. Click on the event in the Monthly view block.
      5. Ensure that you see the day view and the events listed.

    Description

      As reported by colinfraser in MDLQA-12824:

      1. Using Clean theme, log in as a user and go to the calendar
      2. Add an event
      3. Click on the event in the Monthly view block

      Expected result: The event is displayed (as when using Boost theme).

      Actual result: The calendar month is displayed.
