qtype_ddmarker & qtype_ddimageortext layout can break if other things on the page change size

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Preview a qtype_ddmarker or qtype_ddimageortext question.
      2. Press tab, so that the 'Skip to main content link' appears.

      Expected result, the question still looks right.

      Actual result: the background image moves, but the draggable items don't, so it looks wrong.
