Boost date_time_selector does not wrap when restoring a course

      1. Create a course backup
      2. Restore the backup you have just made into an existing course, deleting the existing contents
      3. When you get to the Course settings page where you can overwrite the existing name, shortname, etc. none of the form elements should overlap. In particular the date_time_selector for the course start date should wrap rather than bleed into the next colum.

      Use Boost to perform the following steps

      1. Create a course backup
      2. Restore the backup you have just made into an existing course, deleting the existing contents
      3. When you get to the Course settings page where you can overwrite the existing name, shortname, etc. none of the form elements should overlap.

      Currently in 3.6dev and in 3.5 the "Course start date" date_time_selector bleeds into the second column at several screen dimensions. I not yet checked older versions.

      The problem occurs in Boost only. I see it in both Firefox and Chrome on OSX
