No score recorded for first attempt grading in SCORM activity

      1. Add the attached SCORM package (NZCB401_ManagingTeamCommunications_V2_SCORM.zip) to a course and select the following options:
        ▪ Grading method - Highest grade
        ▪ Maximum Grade - 100
        ▪ Number of attempts - Unlimited
        ▪ Attempts grading - First attempt
        ▪ Display attempt status - Dashboard and entry page
        ▪ Force completed - Yes
        ▪ Force new attempt - Yes
        ▪ Display course structure on entry page - Yes
        ▪ Auto continue – No
      2. Login as a Student and attempt the activity 3 times - try to get 3 different grades.
      3. Grade reported should always be the "first" attempt.
      4. Login as a Teacher, visit the scorm reports tab.
      5. Ensure the student has 3 attempts with the "attempts" column listed as "1, 2, 3" - not "2, 3, 4"
      6. Check the Gradebook for this user and ensure the grade reported by attempt "1" matches the grade stored in the gradebook for this user.
      7. In the Scorm Report page, Select attempt 1 for this user and choose to "delete selected attempts"
      8. Ensure that the attempts column now lists the attempts as "2, 3"
      9. Check the Gradebook for this user and ensure the grade has been updated to the grade given in Attempt 2.

      As reported by richardnz in MDLQA-12330, when the attempts grading is set to 'First attempt' and a student attempts the activity and obtains 80%, no score is recorded.
