Add course short name to courses in dashboard blocks

Please test these changes on both the Clean and the Boost theme Setup your test site Login as admin Create 5 courses For each course add a course name and course sortname of various lengths, create at least one course with a very long shortname Enrol yourself on all 5 courses Navigate to your dashboard Add the "Starred courses", and "Recently accessed courses" blocks to your dashboard Move the "Starred courses", and "Recently accessed courses" blocks to the main content area. Star all 5 courses in the "Course overview" block Visit all 5 courses Navigate to Site Administration > Appearance > Courses Check the box for "Display extended course names" Check if course short name is shown. Please test this on both themes Clean and Boost. Verify  the course short names is shown above the course name in all dashboard blocks showing course cards. Verify  the course short name is truncated if the course short name is very long on course cards. On the Course Overview block change the view to "List" Verify the course shortname is shown and is not truncated when changing the browser size. On the Course Overview block change the view to "Summary" Verify the course shortname is shown and is not truncated when changing the browser size. Verify the course short name font colour is a shade lighter than the course name and lighter than the course description on the block my overview summary display. and on all other views on dashboard blocks showing course cards. Remove short names Navigate to Site Administration > Appearance > Courses Remove the check on the box for "Display extended course names" Verify none of the dashboard blocks show the course shortname. On the Course Overview block look at the views "List" and "Summary" Verify  the course shortname is not shown on these views. Check the heading size for the summary view on the My Overview block. Please test on both theme Clean and Boost On the dashboard switch the view to "Summary" on the Course Overview block Verify the course title looks like a heading Verify the course title heading in not bigger than the Block heading "Course Overview"
