      Description

As found when testing MDLQA-12705, it doesn't look good on the badge page having 'This badge does not have an endorsement.', 'This badge does not have related badges.' and 'This badge does not have a competencies alignment.'

Please could these items be omitted when a badge has no endorsement, related badges or competency alignments?

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a badge without an endorsement, related badges or competency alignments.
      2. Assign it to a user.
      3. Go to the user's profile page and click on the badge.
