Go to a course.

In the course go to "Course administration > Badges > Add a new badge" Through the navigation block or the settings cog.

Try putting in entries in the following URL fields that do not start with http or https:

Badge details: Image author's URL

Endorsement: Issuer URL and Claim URL

Competencies > Add competency alignment: URL

Check that an error message is displayed in the form saying that the URL is not valid.

Put in a valid URL and check that there is no error displayed about the URL.

Description

As found when testing ~~MDLQA-12705~~, if you enter an endorsement issuer URL and claim URL, the links on the badge page both give a 404 error. Links are of the form https://yourmoodlesite.org/badges/issuerURL and https://yourmoodlesite.org/badges/claimURL.

I would expect the links to be as entered in the endorsement issuer URL and claim URL fields i.e. without the prefix 'https://yourmoodlesite.org/badges/'.
