OAuth2 endpoint discovery no longer happens on creation of Google services

      1. Go to Site administration > Server > OAuth 2 services.
      2. Click "Google service" to create a Google service.
      3. Enter an arbitrary value for "Client ID" and "Client Secret" and leave all other fields unchanged; click Save.
      4. For the newly created issuer, check that there is a check mark for "Discovery" and then click "Configure endpoints".
      5. Inspect the list. If there is just a  "discovery_endpoint", this test fails. If there are more, this test passes.

      Google OAuth2 service supports discovery of the endpoints - and it works. It used to happen when the service was created but no longer does. Now you need to edit and save the OAuth 2 service after creating it (with no changes).
